Handy Hints and Tips

Photoshop keyboard shortcuts are a great feature that helps improve the efficiency of digital art. Sometimes, though, the Photoshop default ones aren't to your liking (wouldn't it be nice to be able to undo with 'ctrl+Z' instead of 'ctrl+alt+Z' every time?). Did you know you can customize your own keyboard shortcuts? Simply go to Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts. When you are done customizing to your heart's desires, remember to save the shortcuts to a new file. Do not override the Photoshop Default set!

I've added the cmd+H shortcut (mac) to all my Adobe programs to hide them  And set up a "place" command to each
And omg I so did that cmd+Z thing in PS, to go back more than one step, that was so annoying and useless
